MerchantFlow pricing has three tiers - Starter, Pro, and Plus - so e-commerce operators only pay for the depth they need. Every tier ships the real-time blended P&L; Pro adds Flow AI and reporting; Plus adds the full financial OS, MCP server access, and white-label PDF reports for agencies.

Limits: Up to 5 stores, 10 users, 25,000 orders/mo, unlimited history, 4h priority chat support, 60-min onboarding, quarterly review call.

Shared Capabilities (Every Plan)

Every plan, including Starter, includes:

• The full real-time blended P&L
• All four ad platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok)
• Auto COGS sync from Shopify and WooCommerce
• Order-level profit and refund handling
• The dashboard, reports library, and sync controls
• Team access controlled by workspace roles (within seat limits)

Tier upgrades unlock additional capabilities such as Flow AI, custom report scheduling, MCP access, and the financial OS modules - they do not change the underlying P&L engine.

How Billing Works by Provider

Web Workspaces (Stripe)

• Checkout runs through Stripe
• Verified email is required before checkout can be created
• Owners can later manage the subscription from MerchantFlow billing settings
• Plan upgrades and downgrades happen in place with Stripe prorations

Shopify App Store Installs

• Billing approval runs through Shopify
• The same tiered pricing applies
• Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
• Tier and cadence changes route through a fresh Shopify approval flow

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does MerchantFlow cost per month?

MerchantFlow starts at $49/month on the Starter plan. Pro is $89/month and Plus is $149/month. Annual billing is 20% off, bringing the effective monthly costs down to $39.20, $71.20, and $119.20 respectively.

Does MerchantFlow charge per user or per seat?

Each tier includes a fixed number of seats - 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, and 10 on Plus. There is no per-seat add-on at this time. Choose the tier whose seat count fits your team.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Stripe workspaces upgrade or downgrade in place from Settings > Billing, with Stripe handling the proration. Shopify workspaces create a new Shopify approval flow when changing tiers. See Upgrade or Downgrade.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is 20% off the monthly price on every tier, charged once a year.

Which plan includes Flow AI?

Pro includes Flow AI with a 500k-token monthly allowance. Plus raises that to 2 million tokens per month. Starter does not include Flow AI; upgrade to Pro to enable it.

Which plan includes the MCP server (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code)?

Only Plus includes MCP server access. See the MCP Server guide.

How many stores can I connect on each plan?

Starter and Pro include 1 store each. Plus includes up to 5 stores. A multi-store add-on is on the roadmap and not currently sold separately.

Does MerchantFlow offer enterprise pricing?
