It unifies data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads) to help you track product performance, calculate true profit margins, and optimize marketing spend.

Getting Started
Do I need a credit card to start?
MerchantFlow offers a 7-day trial, but the billing step depends on how the workspace is created:
- Standard web signups complete billing approval through Stripe at
/onboarding/payment - Shopify App Store installs complete billing approval through Shopify
- Demo mode can be explored without starting live billing
How long does setup take?
Typical setup times:
- Account creation: 2 minutes
- Integration connection: 10-15 minutes
- First data sync: 2-5 minutes
- Total: 15-25 minutes
What if I do not have all the required integrations?
MerchantFlow works best with all integrations connected, but you can start with:
- Minimum: Your e-commerce platform (Shopify or WooCommerce)
- Recommended: Add Google Analytics 4 for revenue tracking
- Optional: Other Google services and advertising platforms
You can add integrations anytime from Settings > Integrations.

How do I connect my Shopify store?
Option A: Shopify App Store (recommended)
- Find MerchantFlow in the Shopify App Store
- Click "Install" and authorize the app
- Your account and store connection are set up automatically
Option B: Web app
- Go to Settings > Integrations at merchantflow.ai
- Click "Connect Shopify"
- Enter your store domain (e.g.,
mystore.myshopify.com) - Authorize MerchantFlow in Shopify
How do I connect Google Analytics?
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect Google Services"
- Log in with your Google account
- Select your GA4 property
- Authorize access
- Select Search Console site and Merchant Center account

What permissions does MerchantFlow need?
E-commerce platforms: Read products, orders, and inventory levels.
Google services: Read analytics data (GA4), Search Console data, and Merchant Center data.
MerchantFlow never requests write or delete permissions. All access is read-only.
Can I connect multiple stores?
Each MerchantFlow workspace supports one e-commerce store. To manage multiple stores, create separate workspaces or ask about agency/multi-store plans.
Data and Syncing
How often does data sync?
MerchantFlow uses recurring background delta syncs approximately every 30 minutes for active workspaces. Exact freshness depends on provider-side reporting latency.
How do I trigger a manual sync?
- Click the Live indicator in the dashboard header
- Use Sync All Integrations for a quick full request
- Or open Settings > Integrations > Manual Sync Runner for a targeted or full-history sync
Why is my data not showing?
Common causes:
- No sync run yet -- trigger your first sync
- Sync in progress -- wait for completion (2-5 minutes)
- Integration disconnected -- reconnect in Settings
- Wrong time range -- adjust the time range selector
Features and Usage
How do I add COGS for accurate profit tracking?
Navigate to Dashboard > P&L > COGS and use one of three methods:
- Bulk update -- apply percentage of price, flat rate, or target margin to multiple products
- Individual entry -- edit costs one product at a time
- Sync from Shopify -- import costs from Shopify inventory items
Can I track profitability?
Yes. MerchantFlow includes Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking with COGS, ad spend, operating expenses, and net profit calculations at the product, category, and business level.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. Invite teammates with admin, analyst, or viewer access. The workspace always has a single owner. See Team Management for details.
Billing and Subscription
How much does MerchantFlow cost?
- Monthly: $249/month
- Annual: $209/month, billed annually at $2,490
- 7-day free trial for live workspaces
What is included in the free trial?
The 7-day free trial includes full access to all features, unlimited product tracking, all integration connections, team member invitations, and email support.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods or unused time. During the trial, no charges are made and you can cancel at any cost. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data preserved for 30 days
Privacy and Compliance
Is MerchantFlow GDPR compliant?
Yes. MerchantFlow is fully GDPR compliant with data processing agreements available, right to access and delete data, data portability, and privacy by design.
Do you sell my data?
Never. MerchantFlow does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties or advertisers.
