Agency Workspace Dashboard
Manage multiple e-commerce brands from one agency workspace in MerchantFlow. Use Portfolio and Clients views to monitor all accounts.
Agency Workspace Dashboard
The Agency Workspace in MerchantFlow is a dedicated dashboard layout designed for agencies and partners who manage multiple e-commerce brands from a single account. Unlike the standard merchant view, the agency workspace replaces individual store navigation with cross-brand portfolio management tools.
What Is the Agency Workspace?
Agency and partner tenants use a different dashboard layout from merchant tenants. Instead of seeing data for a single store, agencies see aggregated performance across all connected brands, with the ability to drill into individual client accounts.
Core Agency Pages
The agency workspace is organized around two primary views:
/dashboard/portfolio-- cross-brand performance overview/dashboard/clients-- client relationship management
How to Use the Portfolio View
The Portfolio page gives you a workspace-level view across all connected brands. From here you can:
- Monitor aggregate revenue, profit, and ad spend across your entire client portfolio
- Compare performance metrics between brands
- Identify which client accounts need attention
- Access high-level KPIs without switching between accounts
How to Manage Clients and Brands
The Clients page is where agency teams handle brand relationships:
- Invite new brands -- send onboarding invitations to prospective clients
- Copy approval links -- share connection links for quick brand onboarding
- Review pending and active client relationships -- track which brands have approved access
- Switch into an approved merchant workspace -- click into any connected brand to see their full merchant dashboard
How to Set Up an Agency Workspace
- Go to merchantflow.ai/signup and select Agency / Partner as your account type
- Complete registration and verify your email
- Log in to your agency workspace
- Navigate to Clients to invite your first brand
- Once the brand approves, their data appears in your Portfolio
For detailed setup steps, see Agency Workflows.
