Frequently Asked Questions

Can I compare two products side by side?

Not directly on the product detail page. Use the Products Table to sort and filter products for comparison, or export data for both products and compare in a spreadsheet.

Why does my product show zero revenue but has clicks?

This usually means visitors clicked on the product listing but did not complete a purchase. Check the conversion funnel to see where drop-off occurs. Common causes include uncompetitive pricing, poor product page quality, or checkout friction.

How do I track profitability for a product?

Set the product's COGS (cost of goods sold) by clicking Actions > Edit COGS. Once COGS is entered, MerchantFlow automatically calculates gross profit, profit margin, and profit per unit. For advertising ROI, connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads integration.
